Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. What this service is

CY Elite Lab publishes statistical analysis of MLB games: projections from our own model, the fair line of the reference market, and the public record of each analysis with its result.

It is information, not personalized advice. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or advice of any other regulated kind. This site does not accept, handle or broker transactions of any kind: it does not take in money to be placed, it does not hold user balances, and it is not affiliated with any operator, exchange or platform.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old — 21 in the states that require it — and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. Checking what is lawful where you live is your responsibility, not this site's.

3. No guarantee of results

The analysis is produced from data believed to be reliable and with a model whose accuracy is measured in public, but no result, no return and no accuracy is guaranteed. Past results do not predict future ones. Any decision you make from this information is yours and yours alone, and so are its consequences.

4. Data and service

The content is generated automatically from third-party sources. Errors, delays and interruptions are possible, and the service is provided “as is”. We aim to publish every day of the season, but continuous availability is not guaranteed, nor is there guaranteed to be analysis every day: a day without reliable data is a day without analysis, and that is correct.

5. Ownership and permitted use

The analysis, texts, graphics, design and code of this site are the property of CY Elite Lab and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may use the content for your personal consultation and share links to the site.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish the analysis—not whole or in part—, or automate its extraction (scraping), or share your access with third parties, or use the content to create a derivative service.

If you believe something published here is yours, write to us at soporte@cyelitelab.com saying what it is, which page it's on, and why it belongs to you. We review it and, if you're right, we take it down. Everything on this site is generated by the system itself: no one else publishes here, we don't accept texts or images from third parties, and there's no place to upload anything.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CY Elite Lab is not liable for economic losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of this site or inability to use it. If liability ever existed, it would be limited to the amount you have paid in the last twelve months, which today is zero because the service is free.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Important changes will be announced on the site and, when there is an active subscription, also by email with sufficient notice to cancel at no cost.

8. Applicable law

This service is operated from Texas, United States, and is governed by Texas state law and applicable federal law.

9. When we can close an account

For these reasons, and no others:

— If section 5 is violated: copying or reselling the analyses, extracting them automatically, sharing access, or building another service with them.

— If section 2 is not met: not having the age or legal capacity to accept these terms.

— If there is fraud in payment, or claims to the bank made in bad faith for charges that were correct.

— If the service stops being provided, for everyone at the same time.

We give notice first, by email and with the reason, except when there is fraud. And if the account is closed through no fault of yours —because the service ends, or because of an error on our part— the part of the period you haven't used is refunded, without you having to ask for it.

10. If there's a disagreement

First, write to us. To soporte@cyelitelab.com, explaining what happened. There are 30 days to resolve it between us, and almost everything gets resolved there: a charge that doesn't add up or access that doesn't work gets fixed in hours.

If it's not resolved within those 30 days, the matter goes to the courts of the state of Texas —state or federal— which are the ones stated in section 8. None of this takes away your right to go to a small claims court (small claims) if the amount falls within that jurisdiction.

There is no mandatory arbitration clause. It's standard in other services; we don't include it here because it requires you to waive your right to sue and to pursue class-action claims, and we don't ask you to give that up for an analysis service that today is free.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 29, 2026

1. The summary, in three lines

Without an account, this site does not ask you for any data: you can read it entirely without registering, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking. If you leave your email, or if you create an account, we only ask for that: the email and, in the account, a password. When there are charges, what will be added is the minimum to provide the service, and it will be said exactly here what it is.

2. What is collected now

If you have no account and do not leave your email, nothing that identifies you. The site is served as static pages. The hosting provider logs technical access data (IP address, browser, page visited) for security and to count visits in aggregate, as any web server does. That log is not used to profile you, and it is not cross-referenced with any other information.

If you leave your email without creating an account, that is what is stored: your email, the date, which page you left it from and which emails you asked for. Nothing else, and it is deleted in full as soon as you unsubscribe. Which emails are sent, and how to unsubscribe from each one, is in section 3.

If you have an account, additionally:

  • Your email address — to create the account, confirm it is yours, recover the password and give you support; and, only if you mark it, to notify you once on the day the plans open. That preference is saved with your account and you can remove it whenever you want.
  • Your password — never saved as is: it is saved transformed irreversibly, and no one can read it, not even us.
  • The date you signed up and the date of your last login, and the technical data from each login (date and IP address), which the account provider records for security.

3. The emails we send

There are three, and none is sent without you asking for it:

  • Those from your account — confirm that the email is yours, recover the password, notify you of a change in the service or a charge. These go with the account: you cannot have an account without them, and they are not advertising.
  • The notice of the day plans open — one, only once, and only if you ask for it. If you have it before they open, you keep the founder price.
  • The Monday summary — one a week, with the previous week's record. Only if you tick it, and it is unticked by default, always: asking for the opening notice is not asking for this one.

Each email carries its link to unsubscribe, and the unsubscribe is only from the email it comes from: unsubscribing from the Monday summary doesn't remove the opening notice or your founder price. Unsubscribing deletes the data, it doesn't just mark it. If you have an account, you can also turn the Monday summary on and off from your account, whenever you want.

To send them we use an email delivery provider, who sees your address and whether the email arrived: nothing more. Your email is not shared with anyone else, is not sold, and is not used for third-party advertising.

4. What will be collected when there are payments

  • Your activity on the service — what analysis you accessed and when. It serves two concrete purposes: to apply the refund policy and to defend you, and to defend us, if someone disputes a charge.
  • The status of your subscription — what plan you have and until when.

Your card data does not pass through this site and is not stored here. It is managed directly by the payment gateway, which is a company specialized and certified to do so.

5. Who it is shared with

With no one, except the essential providers needed for the service to work: the site hosting, the account database (Supabase), the service that sends emails (Resend), the network that delivers the library for accessing the account page (jsDelivr), and when there are payments, the payment gateway. Each receives only what it needs for its function.

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. How long it is kept

As long as you have an account, and after that as long as tax and accounting regulations require for payment records. Everything else is deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the data we have about you, correct it or delete your account with everything associated with it. It is done by writing to soporte@cyelitelab.com and is answered within a reasonable time, at no cost and without asking you for explanations.

8. Minors

This service is not directed at minors under 18 years of age and data from minors is not knowingly collected. If we detect an account belonging to a minor, it is deleted.

9. Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

To know how many people visit the site, a measurement is used that does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track you on other websites: it only counts visits per page and which link they came from.

If you log into your account, your browser saves a session identifier in its local storage. It is not a tracking cookie: it is only so you don't have to type your password on each visit, it is not shared with anyone and is deleted when you log out.

10. If you live in California

California law (CCPA/CPRA) gives its residents specific rights over their data. That law requires companies that exceed certain thresholds —$25 million in annual revenue, or data on 100,000 people, or derive half their revenue from selling data— and this service does not reach any of them. Even so, these rights are yours anyway:

— Know what specific data exists about you, where it came from, what it's used for, and who it's been shared with. Sections 2, 3, and 5 explain it already, and you can request your copy.

— Delete your account and everything associated with it.

— Correct anything that's wrong.

— Take it with you, in a format you can open.

— That they not be sold or shared. You don't have to ask: no one's data has ever been sold or shared, and none is planned. If that ever changed, notice would appear here first and you'd have a button to opt out., neither in the last twelve months nor before, and it is not planned. If that ever changed, notice would appear here first and you'd have a button to opt out.

— Limit the use of sensitive data. None is collected: not origin, not health, not precise location, not anything the law calls sensitive.

— That you not be treated worse for exercising any of these rights. Not a different price, not less service.

You make a request by writing to soporte@cyelitelab.com from the email address on your account, which is what shows it is you. We respond within 45 days maximum, which is the deadline the law sets, and usually within 24-48 hours. It's free. If you want someone to request it for you, say so in that same email.

Refunds and Cancellation

Last updated: August 16, 2026

There is nothing to pay today. The service is free. This policy is published in advance so you know what to expect the day payment plans exist, and notice will be given before any charging occurs.

1. Canceling is different from refunding

You can cancel whenever you want, with a button in your account, with no calls, no emails and no explanations. Canceling stops future charges and maintains your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Canceling never requires asking for permission.

2. First 24 hours: full refund

If you subscribe and change your mind, you have 24 hours to ask for a full refund, as long as you have not opened any day's analysis. No questions.

3. Period already consumed

After those 24 hours, or if you have already accessed the analysis, the current period is not refunded. The content is delivered each day and cannot be returned once viewed.

That is why the free plan shows the complete product — the same signals, with the game already finished — and the record is published in full, with the losing streaks included: you can check what you buy before you pay, for as long as you want.

4. Always refunded, no questions asked

In these cases the refund is automatic and you don't need to argue anything:

  • Duplicate charge or charged by error.
  • Technical failure that prevented you from accessing what you paid for.
  • Days without analysis published within your period, due to the service.

5. How to Request

By writing to soporte@cyelitelab.com from the email address on your account. We reply within 24-48 hours and, where it applies, the money leaves the same day: your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.

A favor to us, and it works for you: if you believe a charge is an error, write to us before disputing it with your bank. It gets resolved in hours instead of weeks, and your account keeps working.

6. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Before you sign up, you'll see the price and the charging frequency, and you'll need to confirm it explicitly. For annual plans, we send an email reminder before renewal.
